It's cold, rainy and a little dim here at the moment. So since I was inside and in the baking mood, I baked these tasty, tasty peanut butter cookies from Gwyneth's cookbook Notes from my Kitchen Table. I absolutely adore this cookbook.
Then I ate 1, hmmm maybe 2 or 3 fresh from the oven with a calming cup of tea. It was heaven. As
you can see they're suppose to look like the ones below from Gwyn's cookbook, but mine were a little big, they therefore don't look so elegant, totally tasty though. And whats even better they're gluten free, so my hubby can help me eat them.
