I realise it's not really ice-cream weather (well it sort of is up in sunny qld), but how yummy is this recipe - Lemon, Ginger and Rosemary ice-cream and topped with hot lemon syrup, sounds like my kind of heaven. Found via the delicious blog what katie ate.
